Within the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility actions of the GEO, we initiated the 1+ Contigo volunteer program, whose purpose is to involve our collaborators in the participation of activities that contribute to improving the conditions of vulnerable sectors of the country.
Within the framework of the Corporate Social Responsibility actions of GEO, we initiated the 1+ Contigo volunteer program, whose purpose is to involve our collaborators in the participation of activities that contribute to improving the conditions of vulnerable sectors of the country.
Appropriate of the slogan Contigo, we add one more, the Information and Communications Technology Management, together with the Strategic Planning Management, under the direction of the Public Affairs Coordination, we developed the first day of Corporate Volunteering. This consisted of collecting among the staff of the departments watercolors, brushes, crayons, paint books, markers, puzzles and coloring stories, to share a morning of plastic arts and children's music with the children attended by the Pediatric Specialty Hospital of Maracaibo.
At least 100 boys and girls were waiting to be seen by outpatient of different specialties of the hospital, they enjoyed this special activity of painting and games in which solidarity prevailed and gave joy to the direct beneficiaries; at the same time, that motivated the volunteer to continue supporting the rest of the CSR activities, for the benefit of the most needy.
